Changing Your Billing Cycle (Firstserv)

If you would like to change the billing frequency for your hosting service—for example, switching between monthly and annual billing—this can be arranged by contacting our support team.


How to Request a Billing Change

  1. Log in to your Firstserv Client Area
  2. Navigate to Support → Open Ticket
  3. Select the Technical Support department
  4. In your ticket, include:
    • The hosting service you wish to update
    • Your preferred billing cycle (e.g. monthly, annual, or biennial)
  5. Submit your request, and our team will take care of the rest

Important Information

  • Available billing cycles for shared and reseller hosting are:

    • Monthly
    • Annually
    • Biennially
  • Choosing a longer billing term typically offers a lower effective monthly cost, helping you save over time

  • VPS services are only available on monthly billing, so billing cycle changes do not apply to these plans
