Checking Renewals and Verifying Payment Requests (Firstserv)
If you receive an email about a renewal or payment and are unsure whether it is legitimate, you can quickly confirm the details by checking your Firstserv Client Area. This is the safest and most reliable way to verify if anything is genuinely due.
Checking Hosting Renewal Dates
- Log in via Firstserv Identity and access your Client Area
- Navigate to Services → My Services
- You will see a list of your hosting services
- Check the Next Due column to view upcoming renewal dates
Checking Domain Renewal Dates
- In your Client Area, go to Domains → My Domains
- You will see a list of your domains
- Refer to the Next Due column for renewal dates
- Check the Auto Renew column to see whether automatic renewal is enabled
Checking for Outstanding Invoices
- Go to Billing → My Invoices
- Review the list of invoices
- If no unpaid invoices are listed, there is nothing to pay
- If invoices are present, you can open them and complete payment as needed
Important Notes
- If auto-renewal is enabled and your default payment method is valid, renewals are processed automatically—no manual action is required
- Always check your Client Area first before clicking links in any email requesting payment
- Be cautious of suspicious emails claiming urgent payment or service expiry
Stay Safe Online
If you’re unsure about an email:
- Avoid clicking links or downloading attachments
- Verify your account status directly through the Firstserv Client Area
