Paying Your Invoice (Firstserv)
If you have an outstanding invoice, you can quickly make a payment through your Firstserv Client Area. This guide explains how to locate your invoice and complete payment using your preferred method.
How to Pay an Invoice
- Log in via Firstserv Identity, then access your Client Area
- Navigate to My Invoices (or go directly to your invoices page)
- Locate the invoice you wish to pay and click View
Choose a Payment Method
In the Make Payment section, select one of the following options:
- Credit/Debit Card
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
Complete Your Payment
- Card Payment: Click Pay Now and follow the instructions
- PayPal: Click Complete Purchase with PayPal and continue through PayPal’s checkout process
- Bank Transfer: Use the bank details provided and ensure you include your invoice number as the payment reference
Having Trouble Logging In?
If you’re unable to access your account:
- If you’ve lost access to your two-factor authentication (2FA), please follow our guide on recovering or removing 2FA
- For other login issues, contact the Firstserv support team for assistance
Important Notes
- Payments cannot be processed over the phone or via email links—all payments must be made through the Client Area
- If your saved card details are outdated, you can update them before completing payment
- Bank transfers may take several working days to clear and be applied to your account
