Managing Payment Cards (Firstserv)

You can easily manage your payment cards through the Firstserv Client Area. This includes adding new cards, setting a default card for automatic renewals, and removing cards you no longer use.

How to Add a New Card

  1. Log in to your Firstserv Client Area
  2. Go to the Payment Methods page
    • Alternatively, open the Account menu and select Edit Payment Methods
  3. Click Add New Credit/Debit Card
  4. Enter your card details
  5. Click Save Changes

Your bank may request 3D Secure verification. This is a secure £0 authorisation check to confirm ownership—no charge will be made.

✅ Once complete, your new card will be added and visible in your list of payment methods.

Setting a Default Card

If you have multiple cards saved, you can choose which one is used for automatic payments:

  1. Go to your Payment Methods page
  2. Locate the card you wish to use
  3. Click Set as Default

✅ This card will now be used for future automatic renewals.

Removing a Card

  1. Go to your Payment Methods page
  2. Find the card you wish to remove
  3. Click Delete

✅ You will see a confirmation message once the card has been removed.

Important Notes

  • You can store multiple cards, but only the default card is used for automatic payments
  • Changing your default card only applies to future invoices
    • Existing unpaid invoices must still be paid manually
  • If you remove your only saved card and do not add another, automatic renewals will fail, which may result in service suspension

Switching from PayPal or Bank Transfer to Card

If you currently pay via PayPal or bank transfer and would like to switch to card payments:

  1. Add your card as described above
  2. Contact Firstserv support and request the payment method to be updated

Having Trouble Logging In?

If you can’t access your Client Area:

  • Follow our account access or 2FA recovery guidance
  • Then return to manage your payment methods
