Changing Your cPanel Password (Firstserv)
Important Information
- Firstserv support staff cannot view your cPanel password. If you have forgotten it, you will need to reset it using the steps below.
- The same process applies to WHM passwords, as the WHM password is the same as the primary (first) cPanel account in your reseller package.
- Changing your cPanel password does not update your Firstserv Client Area password.
⚠️ If you enter an incorrect password multiple times (typically more than 5 attempts within 5 minutes), your IP address may be temporarily blocked by the firewall.
