Accessing cPanel (Firstserv)

cPanel is where you manage and configure the features of your web hosting account, including email accounts, domains, and website settings. Your cPanel login details are provided in your welcome email.

You can access cPanel in two ways:

• Direct login using your cPanel username and password
• One-click access via your Firstserv Client Area (instructions below)

Accessing cPanel Directly

If your domain and hosting are with Firstserv, you can usually access cPanel via:
https://your-domain/cpanel

For example:
https://example.co.uk/cpanel

If your domain is not pointing to our servers (for example, if your nameservers are set elsewhere), this method will not work. In this case, you should instead log in using your server hostname:

https://serverhostname/cpanel

Your server hostname is included in your welcome email. If you cannot locate it, please refer to our guide on finding your server details.

Reseller Clients

If your hosting account is managed by a reseller, you may need to use the access details they have provided.
For assistance with cPanel access, email accounts, or other hosting features, please contact your reseller directly.

Accessing cPanel via the Firstserv Client Area

1. Log in to your Firstserv Client Area
2. Navigate to My Services (or go to Services > My Services)
3. Select the relevant hosting service
4. Click the cPanel login option to access your account instantly
