Accessing Your Firstserv Client Area
Please note that your Firstserv Client Area is different from your cPanel/Plesk. The Client Area is used for managing your account, billing, and services, while cPanel/Plesk is where you configure your web hosting, email accounts, and website settings.

Direct Access
To log in to your Firstserv Client Area, visit:
https://store.firstserv.com
Logging in via firstserv.com
When accessing via firstserv.com, your account uses Firstserv Identity.
- For your first login, click “Continue to login” and follow the prompts.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password:
- Click “Reset your password” at the bottom of the login form.
- An authorisation code will be sent to your registered email address.
Forgotten Email Address
If you cannot recall your email address:
- Check any invoices or previous communications from Firstserv, as these are typically sent to the account holder’s primary email address.
- If you still cannot access your account, please contact support. We will initiate an enhanced security process to help you regain access (valid ID will be required).
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Issues
If you are unable to generate a 2FA code (for example, due to changing devices or losing access to your authentication app) and do not have a backup code:
- Please contact support.
- We will begin an enhanced security verification process to restore access (valid ID will be required).
