Accessing Webmail (Firstserv)

You can access your email accounts without needing to set up an email application on your device. Webmail provides a quick and secure way to check your emails directly through a web browser.

Access via Your Domain

If your domain and hosting are both with Firstserv, you can usually access webmail using:

https://yourdomain/webmail

Example:
If your domain is example.co.uk, you would use:

https://example.co.uk/webmail

Access via Server Hostname

If your domain is not currently pointing to Firstserv’s servers (for example, if your nameservers are configured elsewhere), the above method will not work.

In this case, you can access webmail using your server hostname:

https://serverhostname/webmail

Your server hostname can be found in the welcome email you received when your hosting account was set up.

Setting Up an Email Client
