Removing an Email Address (Firstserv)
If you no longer need an email address linked to your Firstserv Identity account, you can remove it - through your account settings.
How to Remove an Email Address
- Log in to Firstserv Identity
- In the left-hand menu, go to About Me → Email Addresses
- Find the email address you wish to remove
- Click the three-dot menu next to it
- Select Remove
✅ A confirmation message will appear once the email address has been successfully removed.
Important Notes
- You cannot remove your primary email address
- To remove your primary email, you must first:
- Add a new email address
- Set it as your primary email
- Then remove the old one
