Removing an Email Address (Firstserv)

If you no longer need an email address linked to your Firstserv Identity account, you can remove it - through your account settings.


How to Remove an Email Address

  1. Log in to Firstserv Identity
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to About Me → Email Addresses
  3. Find the email address you wish to remove
  4. Click the three-dot menu next to it
  5. Select Remove

✅ A confirmation message will appear once the email address has been successfully removed.


Important Notes

  • You cannot remove your primary email address
  • To remove your primary email, you must first:
    1. Add a new email address
    2. Set it as your primary email
    3. Then remove the old one
