Updating Your Account Email Address (Firstserv)
Your Firstserv Identity email address is used to log in to your account and receive important notifications, such as invoices and renewal reminders. You can update this email address at any time through your account settings.
How to Change Your Email Address
- Log in to Firstserv Identity
- In the left-hand menu, go to About Me → Email Addresses
- Click Add Another Email Address
- Enter your new email address and click Verify
Verify Your New Email
- A one-time verification code will be sent to your new email address
- Enter the code in the verification field
- Click Verify Ownership
Set as Primary Email
- Locate your new email in the list
- Click the three-dot menu next to it
- Select Make Primary Address
If you no longer need the old email address:
- Click the three-dot menu next to it and select Remove
If You Cannot Log In
If you’ve lost access to your registered email address and cannot log in, please contact Firstserv support via a secure channel.
Information Required for Verification
To protect your account, you will need to provide:
- The current email address on your account (if known)
- The new email address you want to use
- A recent invoice number (if available)
- A copy of photo ID (passport or driving licence)
- A recent utility bill or official document showing your name and registered address
Important Notes
- Email address changes requiring manual verification must be handled via secure support channels
- This process cannot be completed through live chat
- Once your identity has been verified, we will update your email address and notify you so you can log in again
