Updating Your Account Name (Firstserv)
If you need to update the name on your Firstserv account, you can do this quickly through Firstserv Identity. Any changes you make will be reflected across all Firstserv services immediately.
How to Change Your Name
- Log in to Firstserv Identity
- In the left-hand menu, go to About Me → Details
- Update your name as required
- Click Save My Details
✅ You will see a confirmation message indicating that your details have been successfully updated.
Important Notes
- Your updated name will apply instantly across all Firstserv services
- No further action is required once the change is saved
