When you send an email, Firstserv servers are responsible for delivering it up to the point where the recipient’s mail server accepts it.
✅ Once the receiving server confirms delivery:
- The message is logged as successfully delivered
- Responsibility passes to the recipient’s email provider
Checking Email Delivery Status
You can check the status of sent emails using the Track Delivery tool in cPanel.
How to Access Track Delivery
- Log in to cPanel
- Go to the Email section
- Click Track Delivery
Using the Track Delivery Tool
Once opened, the tool will display a list of recent email activity.
Filter Results
You can:
- View all outgoing emails
- Search for a specific recipient email address
- Click Run Report to narrow results
View Delivery Status
You can choose to display:
- ✅ All emails
- ⚠️ Blocked & Failed emails only
This helps you quickly identify any delivery issues.
View Detailed Logs
- Click the Actions icon next to any message
- This will show detailed delivery information
