How do I renew my domain?

30 days before expiry an invoice will be generated for domain renewal. Once paid, the domain will be automatically renewed. If your domain expires this can affect your website or email traffic, and the domain may become available to be registered by a third party. For this reason, please ensure domain invoices are paid promptly.

Domain renewal reminders are sent out in advance of expiry. However, if you are concerned that you may miss an invoice and lose a domain, you can set up your account to take payment for domain renewals automatically from your credit card in advance. Please speak to accounts if you would like to set this up.

If you would like to renew your domain early, or add additional years, then log in to the control panel https://store.firstserv.com/clientarea.php » Account Login » My Domains and click 'view details' for the relevant domain. Click 'renew domain', and you will be taken to a page from which you can select the domain and specify how many years you would like to renew it for. This will generate an invoice, and once paid, the domain will be renewed.

NB - it is not possible to renew .uk domains for anything other than 2 years at a time, and they cannot be renewed too far in advance.
