How to Clear Your Browser Cache (Firstserv Guide)
Web browsers store cached data such as pages, images, cookies, and DNS information to improve loading times. However, this can sometimes cause issues such as:

Clearing your browser cache is a quick and effective way to resolve these issues.
Microsoft Edge (Windows)
- Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner
- Select Settings
- Under Privacy, search, and services, find Clear browsing data
- Click Choose what to clear
- Ensure Cached images and files is selected
- Click Clear now
✅ You’ll see a confirmation once complete.
Mozilla Firefox (Windows & Mac)
- Click the menu icon (☰)
- Select Settings (or Preferences on Mac)
- Go to Privacy & Security
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data…
- Tick Cached Web Content
- Click Clear
Google Chrome (Windows)
