You will need to check with your new registrar whether they have any specific requirements

For a .uk domain please send a request to dns@firstserv.com, including the TAG of the new registrar.

For most other domains, you need to remove the domain lock, check the contact information is correct and send the EPP/auth code to yourself. This can be done from the view details page for that domain. ( https://my.firstserv.com/clientarea.php » Account Login » My Domains » View Details)

Some of the more unusual or country specific domains may have different transfer requirements – please contact dns@firstserv.com with any queries.

There is no charge for domain transfers away from Firstserv
